damaged, or used products will not be refunded.

Return Process

3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address. Do not return the item to the original shipping address, as this
may result in delayed refunds.
4. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In some cases, we may cover the return shipping cost, such as when
the item is damaged or sent incorrectly.
5. After the item has been shipped back, please provide the relevant tracking number for us to track.
6. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7
business days. The refund will be returned through the original payment method.

Refund Exceptions
1. If the refund amount has not been returned within the specified time, please first check your bank account and then
contact your bank. Some banks may take longer to process refunds.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process to send back the original item and indicate the item you wish to exchange in
